How Can I Offer Such an Amazing Guarantee?

"I could only offer this super, amazing guarantee if I was completely sure of my services."

Q. Does Your Cleaning Service Make These Mistakes?

A. Using Poor Vacums - Vacuums are the most important defense against INDOOR AIR POLLUTION. Our vacuums not only leave your carpets looking clean, but also capture and contain 99% of harmful allergy causing agents like dust mites, dust mites' residue, pollens, animal dander, mold and tobacco residue. Our vacuums are the most environmentally safe vacuum cleaners available on the market.

Poor Dusting Techniques - Dusting is done for health purposes. Germs attach themselves to dust particles and are transported through the air. We first train our minds with a high tech dust-removal program, and then provide them with the proper techniques to increase better health conditions in your home. We use chemically treated rags with a germicide agent that kiss airborne germs.

No Insurance - All our workers are insured, bonded, and have Worker's Compensation coverage. We can't guarantee an accident won't happen. However, we can guarantee that we will not make you responsible for our mistakes. We also inform our staff on the importance of protecting probably your biggest investment-your home.

Q. How long does it take for carpets to dry?

A. It usually takes from 8 to 24 hours to dry depending upon the condition and thickness of the carpet, and ventilation. But you can walk on it as soon as we're done. I wouldn't throw a party or anything but normal traffic won't hurt it. Just be careful not to slip when going from damp carpet onto a hard surface.

Q. How Do You Remove Chewing Gum?

A. Your best bet getting gum off items is to place a piece of ice ( in a plastic bag) and try to harden the gum. You can also put the stained article in the freezer. Use a dull edged object to scrape away as much gum as possible. Any remaining stain can be removed with some cleaning fluid or turpentine.
